简介： Morton Kaplan, Distinguished Service Professor of Political Science, Emeritus, The University of Chicago. He has been President of the Professors' World Peace Academy International since 1983. He has been publisher of The World & I magazine since 1985. Dr. Kaplan was born May 9, 1921 in Philadelphia and was educated at Temple University, Stanford University and received his Ph.D. at Columbia University in 1951. Dr. Kaplan has held numerous academic and administrative posts from 1951 to the present time.
