Ren Xiao is Acting Director and Senior Fellow at the Department of American Studies at the Shanghai Institute for International Studies (SIIS) and Professor of international politics at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. Previously he held research and teaching positions at the University of Turku, Finland, Nagoya University, Japan, and The George Washington University in Washington, DC, U.S.A. His research and teaching concentrate on international relations of the Asia-Pacific, Northeast Asian security, and U.S. Asia policy. |
