Qin Yaqing, Assistant President of the Foreign Affairs College( Beijing, PRC.) and Professor of English and International Studies. Prof. Qin received his Ph.D at University of Missouri-Columbia in 1994. His research fields include International Relations,American Studies, and Methodology for Social Research, etc.
